Madison Day, PMHNP-BC

Mental Health Diagnosing and Medication Management for Children, Adolescents, and Adults

Madison Day is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions across the lifespan. She is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care that supports her patients’ emotional and mental well-being.

Her path into mental health began while working as an intensive care nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she witnessed firsthand the deep connection between physical and emotional health. This experience shaped her commitment to mental health care and led her to further specialize in emergency, pediatric, neonatal, and behavioral nursing. Today, she brings that broad clinical background to Bristol Health, offering patient-centered, compassionate care.

Madison believes in building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients. She takes the time to understand each person’s concerns, goals, and experiences, working together to create a care plan that is both effective and sustainable. Her approach is grounded in empathy, clinical expertise, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, reading, singing, playing video games, and baking.
