Bristol Health Associates are a team of therapists and a psychologist. The therapists provide individual, couples, and family therapy. The psychologist administers a wide range of psychological testing.

Bristol Health was established in 2015 by Dr. Kelly Wosnik, NP-C. She combined her nearly 20 years of experience in patient care with a hand-selected team of professionals. From front office staff, to therapists, to medical providers, to behind the scene employees, Dr. Wosnik has chosen those who value excellence.
The patient is the focus. We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment where each kid, teen, and adult who comes through the door feels valued.

Dr. Kelly Wosnik, DNP, NP-C
Adolescent and Adult Mental Health
Dr. Wosnik has experience treating patients with mental health conditions in both clinic and inpatient settings. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nursing from Brigham Young University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Utah. Dr. Wosnik has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2003. In addition to her medical practice, she is the founder of CCD Smiles, a nonprofit organization that helps individuals with cleidocranial dysplasia. Dr. Wosnik is passionate about her career and enjoys being a “favorite aunt” to eleven nieces and nephews.

Dr. Sarah Ingerson, DNP, FNP-BC
Adult Mental Health
Dr. Ingerson is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose focus is adult mental health. Dr. Ingerson received a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the College of Coastal Georgia. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned both a Graduate Certificate in Public Health and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She believes in the importance of working as a team with the patient and their entire support system. Dr. Ingerson was a missionary in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
Todd Seamons, PA-C
Adolescent and Adult Mental Health
Todd has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2000. He has extensive experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, and other mental health concerns. His empathetic and kind personality helps patients feel comfortable and understood as he works to create a healthcare plan that is specific to their needs and goals. Todd received both a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University. He attended Arizona School of Health Sciences and received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He and his wife, Kathryn are the proud parents of four children. Todd enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, riding horses and triathlons.
Jessica Parker, NP-C
Adolescent and Adult Mental Health
Jessica finds satisfaction working in mental health, especially treating patients with eating disorders. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nursing from Brigham Young University. Jessica has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009. She and her husband, Nate, have three children. She enjoys spending time with family, shopping, making scrapbooks, and helping others.

Cheryl McBride, LCSW
Cheryl has over twenty years of clinical experience. She specializes in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. Cheryl enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She loves seeing people realize their true identity and potential, and empowers them to make positive changes in their lives. Cheryl received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and her master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Utah. She is married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning new skills, and being outdoors.
Paul W. George, MFT, LCSW
Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with advanced degrees in Clinical Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy. He has been working with individuals, couples, and families for more nearly 30 years. Paul enjoys working with people from all walks of life who wrestle with depression, anxiety, or other difficult issues. He has a great love for the outdoors and a great appreciation for the mountains and ocean. He is blessed with wonderful children and grandchildren.
Annie Bryner, MSW, LCSW
Annie has been trained in levels 1 and 2 of EMDR and levels 1, 2 and 3 of Brainspotting. Although these modalities are primarily used for treating trauma, she has received additional training in using these techniques to treat sexual dysfunction, addiction, attachment and relationships. She is also trained in DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Mind-Body Bridging and Internal Family Systems. Annie received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies with an emphasis in Human Development and her Master’s degree in Social Work at Brigham Young University. She loves to travel, shop and decorate her home, and is learning to love hiking and going to football games with her husband.
Randy Thompson, LCSW
Randy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience. He works with adolescents and adults on a variety of issues including depression and anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship issues. Randy works with couples and families on conflict-resolution and increasing attachment.
My goal is to provide a safe environment for you to explore past concerns, current challenges, and future directions. Together, we will work on helping you realize that you have the resiliency and ability to overcome negative thoughts, problematic behavioral patterns, and emotional blocks. I use a range of techniques to help you most effectively achieve your goals. My general approach is non directive cognitive-experiential which allows you to explore your issues and find solutions without feeling pressured.
Dr. Aaron Allred, Ph.D.
Dr. Aaron Allred specializes in psychological testing and is experienced in identifying ADHD, learning disorders, depression, anxiety, and other disorders. He received a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2012. His dissertation focused on assessing client response to psychotherapy treatment and he has enjoyed seeing how psychological testing can help to determine treatment plans and optimize the effectiveness of therapy. Dr. Allred completed a year-long APA accredited internship at the University of Miami Counseling Center where he conducted therapy sessions and honed his skills in assessing dimensions of personality. For several years since receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Allred worked at the BYU University Accessibility Center where he supervised the psychodiagnostic program and trained graduate students in psychological testing. In his career, Dr. Allred has completed over 1800 evaluations and enjoys providing insight and feedback to his clients in a useful way. He accepts several insurance plans and is currently contracted with DMBA, EMI Health, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah.
