Brinley Itri, LCSW, is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging seasons. She specializes in trauma, depression, OCD, anxiety, self-worth, and addiction, providing a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Brinley is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach to trauma processing that helps clients reprocess distressing experiences in a way that reduces their emotional intensity and restores a sense of control and clarity.

Brinley is especially passionate about helping individuals recognize how unresolved experiences and deeply rooted insecurities can shape patterns of self-doubt, relationship struggles, and emotional distress. She works collaboratively with clients to identify these patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and build practical tools for lasting change. Her approach is warm, relational, and strengths-based—empowering clients to reconnect with their inherent worth, develop resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of her professional life, Brinley cherishes her role as a wife and mother. Together with her husband, she is raising two young daughters and embraces the joy, growth, and perspective that motherhood brings. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family—often playing pickleball, swimming, and creating meaningful memories together.
