Christy Johnston is a clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate their mental health and emotional difficulties.

She works with children, adolescents, and adults who are working through depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, addiction, trauma, and other mental health and emotional difficulties.

She understands the importance of trust and rapport in the therapeutic process and strives to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients. 

Christy emphasizes the power of changing negative thought patterns and cultivating self-love and self-esteem. She believes in helping individuals build a strong foundation of positive beliefs about themselves and their abilities.

Christy is the mother of five children and has eight adorable grandkids! She grew up in the Midwest and has lived all over the United States, as well as in England. She recently moved to Utah from California. She loves spending time with family and friends.
