  • Bristol Health has become my go to for everything mental health related. Many different types of therapies, TMS, Spravato, everything under the sun seems to be here. Also the people who do things like scheduling, or dealing with insurance and documents are even great. They go through a lot to help the clients too and are very understanding and work so very hard. I encourage anyone who's struggling to give them a call and ask whatever you need to know or set up anything. They make it all very easy compared to everywhere else I've been to.

I've been a patient with Bristol Health for over 4 years and I plan on staying! My doctor is highly attentive to my condition, well versed in treatment options, and excited to form a plan for progress. I've only had one billing issue, it was my own fault. Within less than a minute on the phone with reception they had everything cleared up. For someone who struggled with anxiety and stress daily, Bristol health has legitimately turned that around for me. They've helped me be the best version of myself and I absolutely recommend them if you're looking for help!

    S.R.

I completed the TMS treatment this past year and would highly recommend the treatment. It’s not invasive and the staff do a great job to help check in that you are comfortable during the treatments. For me, this was a very low risk to health and a great additional support option to improve my mental health.

  • Bristol Health is a wonderful place to go if you're seeking mental health care. I've been a patient since 2020. I appreciate the dedication of the doctors there to meet you where you are and come up with a care plan that is based in science and knowledge. I'm so grateful for the staff at Bristol Health for being kind, understanding, and welcoming. Getting help for mental health stuff can be hard because there's a lot of stigmatizations around mental health care, but they're nothing but understanding there. I would (and have) recommended them to many of my friends and family that have also struggled with mental health issues.

    D.R.

I’m a therapist who has referred many clients to Bristol Health and they all have such positive experiences. The clinic owner, Kelly Wozniak, is incredible and has created such an exceptional clinic, with such supportive, skilled practitioners. I highly recommend Bristol Health to anyone looking for genuine, high-quality mental health care.

    H.D.

Compared to a typical doctor visit, the experience is different in every possible way. The level of care, the accessibility outside of traditional hours, and most importantly, the data-driven approach to prescribing all set them apart. It’s a refreshing contrast to the more common “let’s hope this works because it did for someone else” mentality.

  • I absolutely love my team at Bristol Health! They've been so helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their mental health. Thanks for everything, Bristol Health!

What It’s Like to Work With Our Providers

Real feedback from patients who’ve experienced our approach firsthand.

Dr. Marie Blacker, PMHNP-BC
  • I was nervous to treat my depression and anxiety with the help of a psychiatrist and medication. I had previous experiences with postpartum and meds only seemed to make my depression worse or cause insomnia and other side effects. Dr. Marie Blacker and the team at Bristol Health have given me an entirely different experience with psychiatry and anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication. I am finally feeling like myself again. I have not had to suffer through uncomfortable and inconvenient side effects because they were able to find the right medication right off the bat.

    K.N.
  • We are so grateful for Dr. Marie Blacker! My daughter had been suffering for such a long time and the different medications our pediatrician prescribed were making her depression worse. Dr. Blacker was able to find the right medication quickly and my daughter is doing so much better! She feels alive again and can think clearly. She’s full of hope moving forward. Yay!! We’re so happy Dr. Blacker could help her!

    M.B.

Everyone at Bristol Health is extremely kind, and I am very happy with my experience there.

Ron Nevin PMHNP-BC
  • I had an excellent experience with Ron at Bristol Health. I started seeing him a few weeks ago for ongoing depression and anxiety that I’ve struggled with for years. He took the time to listen to my concerns and prescribed Prozac, which was exactly what I needed. He also worked with me to find the right dose and addressed my sleep struggles by considering my input and what I had already been trying. After my last visit, I finally feel like I’m on the right combination of medications, and I haven’t felt this good and focused in years. As a future PMHNP myself, I’m incredibly grateful to have found a provider who truly listens, collaborates, and maintains a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Ron!

What is pharmacogenetic testing and how can it improve mental health treatment outcomes?

Pharmacogenetic testing is a form of genetic testing that examines an individual's genetic makeup to determine how they may respond to specific medications.

By identifying genetic variations that affect drug metabolism and efficacy, pharmacogenetic testing can help mental health professionals select the most appropriate medication and dosage for a patient.

Pharmacogenetic testing can benefit individuals with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
