Sierra Dumas is a Certified Social Worker who finds fulfillment in working with teenagers and adults. Sierra's approach is founded on collaboration, as she believes in partnering with her clients and providing the necessary support to help them navigate life successfully and overcome mental health challenges. Her areas of expertise include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, and anxiety.
Originally from California, Sierra's journey toward a career in mental health began during her time as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and as a student at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Utah. Her interest in mental health deepened through her experiences volunteering and working at the Utah State Hospital.
Witnessing the impact of mental health challenges on her loved ones fueled Sierra's passion for providing effective treatment. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Life from BYU and later pursued a Master of Social Work degree from California State University Fullerton. Sierra is driven by her fervent desire to help individuals struggling with mental illness regain control of their lives.
